CODA SA had an exceptionally dynamic presence at this year’s ARTOZA 2019 exhibition, which was held during 22-25 February 2019 at the Metropolitan Expo. The Company’s impressive booth hosted a large number of professionals from Greece, Cyprus and abroad, who were all eagerly welcomed by the Sales team as well as the Technical team.

The visitors were impressed by the fanciful preparations and had the opportunity to taste the amazing creations the Bakery and Pastry Technical Team had prepared along with the guest Chefs from the trading partners that the Company exclusively represents. More specifically, the Pastry Chef and Brand Ambassador of the Italian Company Caffarel S.p.A. created sophisticated entremets and also the Bakery Technical Advisor of the German company Ernst Böcker GmbH & Co. KG created tasteful breads and snacks

The pastry vitrines were filled with innovative suggestions for tarts, entremets, verrines, logs and chocolate bonbons as well as loaf with cakes, cookie bars, cookies and many more creations. In the bakery section, the showcase contained traditional and modern style breads which attracted the visitor’s interest. The showcases with the savory snacks and sandwiches triggered the professionals, who wanted to taste all suggested combinations. Moreover, the ice cream vitrines were extremely impressive and were filled with original and classic flavors.
