CODA SA participated with great success at this year’s ARTOZA exhibition (3 – 6 March 2017), the largest international Bakery & Confectionary trade fair in the Balkan area. At a renewed and friendly stand, the Company’s experienced Technical Team and Salesmen welcomed hundreds of professionals from Greece, Cyprus and other countries, and presented to them many unique new products and collaborations, the full range of products, as well as numerous original creations and the latest trends.

Visitors were fascinated by the appearance of the impressive showcases and had the opportunity to savour the unique bakery and pastry creations, which were prepared by the Company’s Technical Team and guest Chefs from the trading partners, officially represented by CODA SA. More specifically, the Company hosted the renowned pastry chef from BAKBEL, Mr. Francois Galtier (World Pastry Bronze Winner), who created particularly sophisticated and indulgent entremets; the Bakery Chef from BÖCKER, Mr. Martin Göttlich, whose traditional and modern bakery applications were truly appealing to visitors; Mr. Giancarlo Alosa from CAFFAREL, who used the exquisite gianduia and other pastes of the Italian company to create exclusive pastry and ice cream temptations; finally, Mr. Jens Stadtländer and Joachim Klein, from AGRANO and SIEBIN respectively, who showcased the products distributed exclusively by CODA SA.

Moreover, the displays of the exhibition stand were filled with innovative proposals based on products of other companies represented by CODA SA. The vast range of IAS BUNGE ingredients and products was the secret behind the success of various cakes, cookies, bars, donuts, cheesecakes, offered for taste trial to visitors. Exceptional bakery products, as well as a wide variety of delightful savoury snacks and sweet pastries, were prepared with various PLANGE, UNIFERM and DIAMANT products. Moreover, the fruit pastes and vanilla flavour from OLBRICHTAROM, as well as the pastry coverings and fillings from MAMMAMIA, brought out the flavour and aroma in exceptional baking and ice-cream creations that were among the visitors’ favourites.

Throughout the exhibition the unflagging interest of the audience was maintained in CODA SA new products and innovations. The Company remains dedicated to effectively serving the contemporary needs of professionals in the bakery, pastry and ice cream sectors.
