The technical consultants of CODA SA and GALATEA, Mr. George Theodorou and Kyriakos Kastriotis respectively, impressed the attendees with their innovative proposals for gelato made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients, which has great prospects for this season in the ice cream sector for the Greek market.
